- Customer loyalty rewards is exclusive to customer with at least one hosting subscription with us.
- Minimum prepaid Credit top up is SGD$100.
- The 5% incentive is not exchangeable for CASH.
- All Prepaid Credits is in Singapore Dollars only.
- Prepaid Credit is not returnable or refundable.
- There’s no expiration of the Prepaid Credit.
- Prepaid Credit is exclusively designed and used for hosting services at USONYX only, does not apply to its affiliates or subsidiaries.
- Received Prepaid Credit will be frozen for 1st 7 days and credited into your account on the 8th Day with the additional 5% incentive.
- Prepaid Credit cannot be used for Subscription(s) are expiring in or less than 8 days (GMT +8)
- Prepaid Credit stored in your account will be used and automatically deducted for any web hosting subscription purchase or renewal and domain renewal are expiring if termination request has NOT submitted via our control panel.
